Not sure about Poofland
If all the clubs get loaded with TV money there's not much point in playing LLM is it?

I played in jockland in another management game (EA's FAPLFM2K) and basically got sick of facing the same teams month in month out so ended up taking over an english side after my 4th season in scotland's nether regions

Well, get a good spec PC, load all leagues and start as an unemployed Singapuran (sp??), or even better, from some tiny Central America Island... How hard is it gonna be, eh??

They might sort out TV money in the next addition, then again they might not.

Its just the experience of managing a team lower than the conference that im interested in, with the highest payed player been a £40 per week

Mister Flea - I wouldn't try Singapore as a LLM if I were you. The league is surprisingly good and there's quite a bit of cash about. I would try one of the better nations but just manage a team from a lower division. Places like Finland tend to work quite well especially since zero TV money

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE JOKING!!

NOBODY- I MEAN NOBODY watches the Sing League...
we hear tales of their sukkiness even here way north of the border.

Scouts really messed up there.
They really should include the Malaysian league in its place... would be great for LLMing I reckon.

2 promotions, SINGLE PROMOTION SPOT and ZERO TV coverage, even in Malaysia.

On the downside, our stadiums are huge. However, not much of a problem since attendance is always crappy and fluctuating (Malaysians are rabid glory hunters: attendances at clubs can flucturate from low thousands to 30-40k depending on how well a team is doing. Basically if our local team isn't doing well we just stay home and watch Man U)

guys, I was talking about getting singapuran nationality, not managing in Singapore... But now that you said it, I do reckon that the chances are high that the first job offer is in your home nation.

My fault, I had even forgot Sing League was in the game .

Anyway, what I meant is, start with a low-rep nationality, from a country which has no active league, unemployed. That should take you to the depths of some stupid (really stupid) league, right??

Me too looking forward... Might be fun to wait for some seasons until you get to manage real football, not the sport played in many places.

I, probably, will start my first game as brazilian, but that will very easily lead me to brazilian teams, which are very easy, IMO, to manage.

If so, I will surely start with a natinality unknown to me. That will be hardcore...
