I just managed to get ronalidnho on a free at ripe old age of 34 with the intention of being a great tutor. But for some reason his name is not on the list to tutor my young attacking midfielders. I seem to remeber in my previous game having the same problem with Toni when he was getting on.

Is this a bug or am i missing something?

Sometimes you have to wait until he has played in the 1st team.

And also to choose a tutor he has no be in the 1st team squad and not in the Reserves
