For instance when I put my disc into my lite-on drive, it starts making noises louder than it has ever made before..... When i try to start FM, it tells me rather ****ing rudely to insert the original CD, and not the backup.
Its a drive that works perfectly with absolutely everything else I have used with it.
Its seems to work okay with the plextor, but I actually like to burn DVD's with that, and I would rather keep that drive free for another function.
My samsung also seems to make incredible noises only ever heard when securom is checking the disc. At least after a while it seems It seems to stress the drives more than burning/ripping media... and just feels like bloatware when you start the game.
Its just annoying that I cant use my spare drive which I seem to remember buying specifically so I can play FM without having to constantly swap disks.
I rather like some of the anti-piracy measures you have in place. Well mostly, having cracks cause long term bugs seems fairly good, as long as it doesnt affect people who buy the game. Which it did to people who wanted to continue their demo save.
Maybe its a bit too optimistic, but I just think it would be nice if you could implement methods which caused less problems for people who buy the game, and more problems for people who dont.
