After one season, some of my coaching and mental attributes dropped from the initial 10 to 2! attacking, coaching gks, defending, fitness, man management, mental, tactical, technical, determination, judging play abitlity & potential, motivating, physiotherapy and tactical knowledge. can anybody tell me how to keep or improve my attributes? btw, any good training schedules for v8.01?

The personal attributes that change over time are the ones in your profile - player/team loyalty (a sore point with me), tactical consistency, domestic player bias, finances and discipline.

Where are you seeing the other coachint attributes? And how did you do in that one season?

They have no effect on the game so it doesn't really matter. You're not meant to see those stats either. The only stats you should worry about are those of your players and staff.

Yes, but I don't use it. If that's where your "ratings" are coming from, I'm not sure they're really valid.

1. The game was no intended to be played with FM Genie Scout.

Why? Because those attributes are absolutely useless for us. We don't do the coaching, and it's impossible to judge our judging ability. Obviously, with FM scout it'll be 100%. But the reason we don't see it is because it has no effect to the game what so ever.

You don't see the PA and CA either, but I can assure you that it is influencing players and trainers!

Those personal attributes do have some influence on the game. If not why would SI take the effort to make sure they change in time?
