The basis for the change in CA and PA is how players are trained and how they are used in match situations. What possible basis could there be for changing, say, how I coach attacking play?

The personal attrbutes I mentioned before - the ones in your Profile screen - change based on your actions in the game. They don't affect the outcome of the game, but rather are a reflection of how you play it.

I don't know exactly.
Maybe players and trainers who know you’re a defending coach while they are more on an attacking approach on their own, refuse to sign a contract at your club?
I can imagine that loyalty is influencing people.
I noticed that when you detect a lot of good players on your own, that your scouting attributes raise and that you receive comments about that one in the media.

| No, the players you see are based on your expertise in a particular country, which in turn is based on either your nationality or the number of years you have managed there.
