Yeah thats no bug, expect to be offered top jobs from the start if you use that rep.

In FM07 Having started with "Former International" rep I am offered jobs at international clubs after every competition and am linked with every top management post in Spain and Italy when they become available. Not bad for a manager who's only silverware is a Championship winners trophy with Ipswich 9 seasons into the game!

If you are using an early or unpatched FM07, then there was a known issue where the England manager's job would go to a low reputation, often non-league manager. The 7.0.2 patch sorted that out.

IIRC the bug/issue was noted in early releases of FM08 as well.

weirdly enough i have never been offered the england job on fm08 even after winning the champions league with arsenal whilst having good cup runs and 2nd in the league
