And then Israil is 3qtr full how do you get them full.?

if your nationality is english, england knowledge will be a full bar.

i took the czech republic job, learnt czech pretty quickly and gradually gained knowledge of the czech rep.

Yes but why have i got a little bit of knowledge in israil looked through my squad and got none of them nationals in me squad.

A coach or scout perhaps? Do you have an Israeli feeder/parent club?

sorry mis-read, I thought you wanted to know why it might be 3/4 full.

To get it full I would guess you would have to sign players or staff from there, or play friendlies against Israeli sides

Having a friend who has knowledge of a country will get you some knowledge as well. Feeders and Parents also share their knowledge.

I don't really know how this works tbh, I've never signed a player from Brazil yet my second nationality has reached full bar. I also seem to have acquired Columbia after signing one player from the country.....

Nationality or second nationality gets you knowledge of the country. Same for coaches and scouts, as noted above, or parent/feeder clubs.

you do seem to acquire some "random" knowledege though.. managing liverpool, with english/scottish nationality and now in 2014 i have full scots/english knowledge bars, and one half full for france and for argentina?!

This is one are of the game I'm a little disappointed with.

I can start unemployed with the lowest rep./experience possible, yet I automatically have good knowledge of a whole handful of countries...

To me, it just seems cheap that I can come to a lower league team as a nobody, and immediately become the fountain of knowledge for the team.
