Do they get paid every game your players play? is it just league games or as I think every competitive game?

I have Kroos, he's eighteen and wantng £9.75K per week. Most weeks I play twice (league and Europe). So if we add in his £10K per week wages am I right in thinking he would be earning £29.5K per week (if selected)? Plus goal bonuses?

Not bad for an 18 year old.
