I'll hit them with a 2 week fine if the sending off cost me the match. If not then I don't bother.

i always warn the player first and then fine them if they get sent off again. iv hardly paid scott parker at all this year he seems to just want to break other players legs. and hes my captain!

Pretty much my approach. I also don't tend to be overly aggressive in my team talks, although I vary it with the personality of my team. I tend to jave the same personna in FM that I had when I coached IRL.

I give younger players a warning to begin with. More experienced players get one weeks fine.

Any reoccurence of the offence will see the punishment increased (ie. 1 weeks fine for youngsters and 2 weeks for experienced players).
