Default Scroll bars for FM07

With scroll bars in other programs you often get a 'grip' graphic in the middle of the scrollbar. Whilst minor it's something that I feel adds to a scrollbar.

example

As it is now, you can't really skin this effect with FM as the bar is just a top, middle and bottom graphic.

However if the scrollbar were divided equally in two and given a top and bottom set of graphics then you would be able to include a 'grip'.

eg for a vertical scrollbar:

thumb_top_top, thumb_top_middle, thumb_top_bottom

thumb_bottom_top, thumb_bottom_middle, thumb_bottom_bottom

You could include the grip in the 'thumb_top_bottom' and 'thumb_bottom_top'.

I realise this is really, really minor but it is something I was thinking about so thought I'd mention it.

I think the support for this is already there as we had a 'grip' graphic at some point during CM4 development although it may have changed now.
