Right, before I get flamed to hell for "not reading the two threads at the top", I know how to add pictures into the config files in each club's picture file. But despite linking individual .png files to the each player's unique ID within the game, they still don't appear. All files are done using the Photoshop action available for download, so are the right size etc...

Did the same on FM05 and it worked no problems, so a bit stuck. Any help appreciated, cheers!

Make sure you have turned off the skin cache in the preferences menu.

(And restarted FM or switched skins to get the game to reload the graphics).
