does anybody know if there is a fix to this?ive tried everything and its still not coming up with the proper home shirt,also ive installed ref pack and all the stats have dissapeared on the refs who havent got pictures!this is really annoying!!please help

No - it was fixed but didn't make it into the patch. Will have to wait and see if it is added to the next patch if there is one.
It's not much of a problem as it only affects the kit for the first season. (And was more than likely initialy missed by SI as they don't have a license for the Premiership).
