I posted a possible solution on the sortitoutsi forums (cut and paste of my post there, sorry for any formatting errors): Quote:
There is one possibly solution (which I can not try yet due to not having FM06).
- Go into the editor, go to Arsenal, then their kits screen. (backup the database first)
As I don't have the game I'm not sure what'll see, I'd expect a home shirt, away shirt and a kit they will change in to. Note down the colours of the seasonal/change kit (you'll need the RGB colours).
- Delete the season kit.
- Now use a file like the colours.lnc one posted by Fidney here:

Enter an entry for Arsenal's home kit (you'll need there unique ID), fill in the colours for the redcurrent kit. Save the file and put it in data\db\lnc\all
- Change the kits config file for Arsenal to normal, remove the \2005 bit.
- The red current kit should now show in game, and on the title bars.
- After the first season ends, either delete the Arsenal lines from the lnc file or change them to match what Arsenals kit would be (red/white).
Couple of things:
- Lnc file doesn't seem to be able to set trim colour.
- Lnc file should affect save games.
- The changes in the editor won't save games (but if its only the red current shirt that wont show up in game, then you shouldn't have a problem, or start a new game).
- As I don't have the game, I can not be resonable for anything bad that might happen - I suggest you back up your save game and database before hand.
| No idea if it works or not, as I don't have the full game to test it.

i have the patch 6.01 and the new build but still the arsenal kit wont show in the match screen changed it to /2005 works fine in info screen but not on match screen, can anyone help me???

Arsenals home kit for the first season WON'T show up on match screens until the next full patch is released. As mentioned above by Ter.
