see the fifth post in the thread (second post by roudoudoufromfrance ). Download the file in his post and extract it to the panels folder of the skin you are using, though be aware its not working well for information which is longer than 1 line.

I have sorted it out, basically i have just made most of the lines have 2 lines instead.

It can look a bit weird but no more overlapping text

I dont have any screenshots though, if you want to see it i have it included in my Refreshed skin.

OK, Thanks. When I do this, does it replace any files? And is it easy to remove, if I don't like it?

I'd suggest having an orignal copy of the skin you are applying it to, so if it goes wrong you don't like it you can just delete the skin you've applied it to and reinstall the skin.
Or you can just delete the files it adds, backing up any files it asks to replace before hand.
