omg, i am getting the same problem and its really frustrating.
somebody please help quick cos i have this too and i really need a change of skin

From those screenshots it looks like you are installing the skins in the wrong folder, what is the full address for your skins folder? (it needs to be the one in the data folder, which is inside the folder that FM is installed in - NOT the folder with your saved games.)

its fine 4 me now.
i had a regular skin and an RHS in the same folder
