Hey guys. I haven't used the update yet but thanks in advance. Usually update the players myself but had no idea how to get the 3 Italian teams to Serie B so it will prove really useful.

What I wanted to know was could someone please give me an idiots guide to running / installing this as I'm lost at the moment and only ever use the PC for FM and don't really know what I'm doing.

I might be a moron but I thought these updates let you pick a later start date when starting up a new game, as it would have updates until then? I have to start in 2005 still, am I totally misunderstanding how this works?

Maybe it just does prescheduled transfers on set dates? I just wanted to skip ahead a year

We just update all the transfers and CA's and PA's of players (look at our list of changes). AFAIR we are not able to change the start date of the game.
