Is there any editor or other kind of program that allows you to see what tactical settings the AI is using during a match?

Tring to come to grips with how the match engine works and thought it be a good tool to see how the AI does things.

I don't know but have the same question.
I've seen a screenshot of an .tac editor but can't remember where or what it could do.

But is er anyone who knows if their is such a thing please help out.
