Need help!

I want to get the Philippines to get into the World Cup qualifyers but I can't seem to do it, I can't see anything on the editor which allows me to do it, anyone know how I can do this?

to be in the world cup qualifies for ocienia, it is the winner & runner up of the Ocienia cup.

you sure... Are you sure they are not in 2010 WC qualifiers?

If you are talking about WC2006, then they are most likely already knocked out

I've played up to the 2010 world cup qualifyers and they are not in it, they weren't in the 2006 qualifyers either

You'd have to improve their players/co-efficients, etc. I think?

or maybe they are a non-FIFA team. They should be playing in the Southeast Asian games or the Tiger Cup (not in FM 06)
