Hi,
Load up the editor and from the list on the left click competitions.
Then from thr list that appears look for the Championship (I think it is under Coca Cola Championship, but I am not sure). From the list of clubs in the Championship choose the team you wish to move by clicking on the small arrow on the left hand side.
Then go down and near the bottom you will see "swap".
Click on this and it will bring up a list of clubs and leagues, just scroll to the team you want replaced (Sunderland for example)and the two teams will swap leagues.
