Default how are a player's attributes determined by their CA? (current ability)

i'm sure this has happened to most people...

you create a player with the editor, you give him modest attributes and a modest CA and PA, but, when you start the game, the player you created is almost unrecognisable in-game...

now, i understand that a players attributes are affected by the player's CA, fair enough... but does anyone know how the relation works?

for example, how do you know, that when you create a player with the editor, all of his attributes will be the same when you start the game? (obviously you could give the player a CA of 200 - but that isn't very realistic)

i mean, when a player like... Ronaldinho was created, the creators must know what CA he would need to ensure he was given the correct attributes - how is this done?

and one more thing, i am aware that a players CA and/or PA affects technical attributes (and some mental) - but why on earth does a player's physical attributes change when he is created - somebody's physical attributes have nothing to do with their football ability...

Hi. I've noticed the same thing you did and, although I'm not completely sure of this, I think it has to do with the training. The physical stats in the editor drop at least 2 values in game, but after training they become the same, for example, editor accelaration=18, ingame start=16, ingame after training=18. As for the rest, I think that if you change too many things or create from scratch, those values will be considered the maximum stat the player will reach, wether or not you give high CA... Don't know if that makes sense...
