UPDATE IS IN A COMPRESSED ARCHIVE. THIS CAN BE ACCESSED USING EITHER WINRAR OR WINZIP ETC.

The basic way to install the database is to extract the contents of the file to the "db" folder in your football manager 2006 folder, this is usually:

CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2006\data\db

You will know you have applied the latest update as you will be asked to confirm to overwrite all files "YES TO ALL".

Then start a NEW GAME and enjoy
