I have had a little success with using global mentality and farrows and barrows. I stumbled across this while managing spurs, I could have an attacking mentality but not compromise defensive stability by the clever use of barrows. At the moment this is very hit and miss and what i prpose is take my formations back to formula, so to speak, and see how the realy work and post my progress here.
I will listen to the new Aereogramme albumn as I work.
