Depends what your ass. man is like I suppose.

I know loads of people say it has no effect and theydon't bother, but I think if you spend enough time looking at your players personalities you can use them very well.

if you can match the individual instructions to the right player, then they can make a huge difference. i occasionally turn off assis.man does team talks and get lucky and get a huge performance increase from a few players
