Default Scouting problem
Can someone tell me how do you get your scouts to scout europe,south america ,africe,etc,etc.I am playing the english leagues,i am Rochdale and when
I go to the scouting option,click on new search ,it comes to nations,only the uk ones come up.
I thought that the nationality of the scout might mean english scouts scout just uk so i hired a german one whose knowledge of central europe is good but when it comes to scouting,again i have the same problem,i just get the uk nations coming up.
Help please.

Your board must have a limit on only being allowed to send scouts within the UK.
