This is the second season. I am Newcastle, last season I qualified for the Champions League (in third place) and I appeared to be challenging for a place again (I was in fourth) until early March.
However,
In the last six games (all defeats) I have conceded seventeen goals.
The results are as such
Aston Villa 4 - 0
Portsmouth 4 - 1
Sunderland 3 - 2
Bolton 2 - 0
Bolton 1 - 0
Man City 3 - 2

I have not changed my team significantly, or my tactics since my 6 - 0 thrashing of Ajax, the game before the Aston Villa match. I was on a 12 game winning streak as well.

What is happening and does anybody know how to fix it?

This seems to be a common enough complaint (certainly its happned to alot of user playing as spurs).

I'm not playing long enough to say that its the AI thats coped onto your tactic. But i suggest you drop your starting XI and play your under 18's team instead.
