I would say look at your league! I play in italy, what the points of playing Premiership style football in Italy and vice versa in the premier league. I play short passing, slow deep defending narrow and have been successful, play fast Direct wide high def in the premier league.
Buy players that are used to playing that type of football, look at schevchenko and ballack, look how they have struggled to adapt to the pace of the english game, put them back in the repected leagues, they become genuises again.
These are all things that add up.
I would also look at your defence, there are not many premiership defenders in your team, but alot of foreigners who in real wouldn't cut it in the premier league, Taylor and Riise, ? the rest.
