I've been playing since 95/96 but this is the first game I've tried to do training schedules on. I've separated it up into GK, Wing Backs, Centre Backs, Def Mids, Att Mids, Wingers, Target Men and Pacy Strikers, and the same for youth.

A few questions, I've just used common sense for what they should train so far, do I need to alter the intensities at all, and if yes, how often?

Also, should the youth schedules differ from the respective senior ones?
