Coaches 1st team youth team whatever... does it matter?
I have done a seach and can't really find a clear answer...
I use to just offer all my 1st team coaches and youth coaches contracts that will make them general coaches, however i was wondering if it makes any difference to have coaches as 1st team and youth coaches etc...
Now i know that 1st team coaches only coach 1st team players and reserves, and youth coaches only coach youth players, but does anyone have any experience on whether it pays of having specialized coaches?

Actually it matters very very much. Acutally I try to have only 1st and Youth coached contracts. When a coach is general he does both. Its better to have people specialize.
