Default how can i improve my millwall side to survive my first season in the premier league?

i have a 50 million transfer budget and my team is

gk preston edwards
rb danny senda
lb scott barron
cb paul robinson
cb de la cuesta
dm anthony grant
lm iago
rm per weirauch
am nazer barazite
st gilles sunu
st alex fernandez

i've had this squad for a while and want to stick with it for the most part, also im only spending 200k of my alloted 500k wage budget because i want my club value and back balance to continue rising. any suggestions? i'm entering my 2011-2012 season.

also, what's the best formation/tactics to match my goal of staying in the league with a weak team?

Maybe.

What season are you in and how much have you got to spend?

The ever reliable Breno (DC). If none of the giants have snatched him up already.

Matthew Connolly DC on loan from Arsenal is a rock for me.

Andreassen DM (at a German club, I think. Cheap and very good 95% of the time, but dithers on the ball a lot).

In 2011 there should be a bunch of people about to be released or already done so. For eg, don't be put off by a 33 year old van Nistelrooy. He'll probably be a great sub at least, and what a tutor! Look at who was released from bigger clubs in June/July. Just check the physical stats first; they're unlikely to improve (I accidentally signed Hasselbaink in 2009/10 in the Championship and his pace was 3). I've picked up a bargain every year coming up through the leagues, and again in 2010 Prem.

Other targets (you may have to loan some): Aaron is pretty good, Soldado at Real Madrid, most of Man U's young strikers.

There should be some half-decent regens, especially in South America. Your scouts should find people there. And Sweden and Holland are full of bargains (although not world-class).

There is two or three Iago's IIRC.

RB: Danny Simpson
CB: Breno, Christopher Samba
DM: Ever Banega
CF: Anthony Stokes, Jermain Defoe, Leroy Lita

i like my strikers, especially sunu, i dont know if anyone even knows him but he scored 45 league goals for me last season in the championship, any chance he can carry this on in premier league?

also, i have juan carlos toste, van huevel and serrato on the bench, theyre only young, but do they get any good?
