hi, i remember reading on here somewhere that sa club manager then became the Nigerian national team manager ... what leagues would you have to have running to be able to do that, and have many people been offered national team jobs and what countries have been after them. Is it based on your nationality that you put at the start of the game, or what country you manage in, or purely random ? Would appreciate your experiences ?

im in my first season with quite a few leagues running but playing in england as man utd, i saw that nigeria manager had been sacked so i applied ang now i got the job at man utd and nigeria, dont think it matters about what leagues your running to be international manager i suppose it just goes down to reputation etc

For the least well known nations you will need to have the leagues from that country loaded.

Yeah make sure you do that, im Czech republic and they have no youngters coming through now for me and the team is quite old as im in 2010. I still somehow managed to get them to the world cup final, got such an easy draw through though! Had peru in the quaters, what the hell?!?!
