He's not doing too well for me though. He can't break into the first team at 19 and i like to give them a subs position at that age, bring them on when im winning etc. But he doesn't show any glimpses of the player everyone says he will be

I hear lots of people say he's great, but i cannot get him to perform. Diego Buonanotte and Pablo Piatti both kept him out of my lineup for the better part of 3 years. I just sold him for 22M + 20% though, so I can't complain. At that price he's a good investment. Even if he doesn't play great, you can sell him for a ton.
