In January 2008, Riquelme is available on a pre contract and asking for 30k a year.

I currently have Montolivo and Matias Fernandez. Figo is retiring and Jimenez will leave after his loan ends.

Fernandez has been at his best wide left which does leave a spot available. Should I take Riquelme for a couple of years(until 32) or look for a teenager?

I had him once before at Spurs, but was disappointing, though I wasn't doing well before he joined so maybe it was my tactics.

I'd look at younger players mate. Like Freddy Adu, or Toni Kroos.

i bought him for spurs and he is playing very well as attacking midfielder.
riquelme is kinda slow, but can make the difference as a playmaker. and he is cheap.

30k a week isn't a lot for a club like Inter.
