Default How to nurture hot prospects....
im in the 2nd season with arsenal and i have plenty of hot prospects sitting in my reserves. How do i go about gettin the full potential out of these players?

At the minute im giving them first team experience in the league cup and champions league group stage when iv already qualified....

get them out on loan making sure the offer is for 'important first-team member' and not 'act as cover for first-team' so they arent sitting on the bench the whole time.

other than that, just put them out as you are doing i guess

:thup: And getting them by players that are similar to them (it will say in there "Personal" part if there is a player at the club similar to them) tutored cannot hurt can it?
