I have just bought French U21 International Jeremy Menez on my game for a good price as Man Utd snatching him from Milan at the last minute (they buy everybody on my game). He has good potential and is very versatile being able to play as a striker or anywhere across midfield but can anybody tell me from their experience what is his most suited position?

i played him as a AML in my fiorentina team, he did a pretty good job at creating space. he is also good as a FW, scores goals

i bought him for 'only' 13.75M in summer 2008 (july), so in 2007 must be less than that

As others have said, he plays best at AML or ML with a forward runs arrow, but he is excellent at AMR, AMC and FC as well!

At the start of the game he costs approx £10m at has a PA of 180 which, if he gets anywhere near that, makes him one of the best left wingers in the game.

I agree with the other posters here that he is an excellent AML (with or without farrows), but he also has excellent stats as a forward so depending on your formation you can do the following.

Place him as an AMC on the left (just left of middle) and use a left sided arrow. He seems to find the best position and swap between playing as a winger and going through the middle. If you play him purely as AML, he will be amazing. But, if you play him as AMC (with left side arrow), he is irreplaceable !!!!!!
