Has anyone bought Willian from Shakhtar, what he like? has anyone managed to get a work permit for him?

Also his contract has run out but cant sign him like a bosman, anyone kown why?

i had him for 1 year, very irregular player, sometimes makes 8 rating for 3 or 4 games then goes 6 rating for another 3 or 4 games, however he scores a lot if played in AMC with Farrow, i sold him because then i bought Lulinha (4M)and Anderson (10M). he scored 25 goals for me.
