What's this guy like when he gets over 20?? he's only 18 on my game, had him for 3 seasons n is scroing a few in championship.Looking like he's guna turn out fair good.

Aged 20, and he's almost first team material in the prem. Loaned him out to Bolonga for the season and he's averaging 7.40 rating. Only problem I have is that his stats make him look like a striker but in positioning his best position is a central mid. I'd retrain him as ST but I'm more than bountiful in that dept.

had him turn out to be a good amc before, although my recent game he is absolute crap - barely ccc material, luckily sold him for 2mill + 50% sell on to some ccc team

His starting PA is -9 which means he should make a decent Premiership standard player - with the right guidance of course.

I do a number of things to get the best out of his potential.

I'll firstly retrain him fully as a striker. Primarily because his attributes suggest this is his "best suited" position, although he's apparently stronger as an attacking midfielder.

With this in mind, I'll also follow this up by retraining him as a wide player.

I usually find that by the time he's 20, he can cover a number of positions with ease and performs well enough in each role.

He's certainly someone I would keep as a squad player, if not a key player at levels below the Premiership.

The difficulty with loaning him to another club is that because his reputation is not high to begin with, he might not make the first team regularly of a good level affiliate club. I tend to keep him at my club 1st season, giving him occasional subs or starting appearances, then loan him out in season 2.

I'm not sure what to do with him. He's 18 atm in my game at Man U, and starring for the under18s. Promoted him to the reserves squad. Checked coach reports and they tell me to offload him asap.
