hi all, is there any countrys with cheap quality players that dont need work permits, i had a few romanian u21's and there good, but was just wondering if there is any more??
romania is probably the best tbh, i bought rusescu, ganea, mandare, torje, stancu, sburlea, sepsi, sarghi, ropotan, coman and bicfavi for my derby side. There are a few in the estonia side that turn out decent aswell, all come from levadia (sp).
After only one season i sold mandare (cost 100k) for 5m plus 50% and sburlea (12k) for 4.2m plus 20%

completely agree, those 3 are probably some of the best euro talent under 21 and levadia or whatever is like an estonian goldmine - i bought 3-4 of their players for under 10k each, 3 on loan in league 2 causing havok and getting their first call-ups
depending on your league and what you consider 'quality' try luxemborg for league 1 and below - plenty of decent unsigned players just waiting to be snapped up
