a good goalkeeper. get a parent club to loan from. prem teams will give u players from there res or u18s.
try these
tom heaton gk
scott donnelly amr
alex amc vasco
warner amc
loaning is the key.

Just mooch around in the Premiership teams reserves and good Championship teams for decent looking players to sign on the cheap and on loan.
