Well, some bugs will be fixed, some won't be fixed till a new game is started. If you haven't noticed them, then you may as well carry on playing after applying the patches.

Actually, I haven't noticed any serious bugs yet. Some minor ones, but not keyboard-destroying stuff

I'm not a local lad. I live an hour's drive from Tamworth, but I know somebody who lives right next to the ground.

I've been covering Tamworth for the Non League Paper this season.

I don't know how you can criticise the stadium Nobby - the main stand is superb, and the 'Cowshed' on the other side contains their most vocal supporters, and the atmosphere is electric (and often a little hostile). The stadium is full of character.

They represent a great CM challenge, so Pangaea must have done an exceptional job to attain promotion.

It's clear we're talking about the same ground here. I've commented about the look and condition of the ground, you've commented on the atmosphere within. Since I've never been to a Tamworth match, I can't say.
One thing though - A ground that is 'full of character' more often than not means it is out of date and tatty, for example Wembley. That was historic and full of character, but by the 90s, a total shithole.

I suppose it is a little dated, but give me the Lamb over any mundane, modern Premiership stadium any day

im playing tamworth at the moment and in the 6th season and im in the 1st division battling for a play off spot. The board said they would expand the stadium last season but local planning permision wasn't given which REALLY annoyed me as we have sold out for the last 80 or so home league games. The board will hopefully try again this summer.
Training ground improvement is possible as we now have top facilities with a youth academy.

Oh, the stadium... it is possible to expand, but not by much. On one side is a busy main road with the Snowdome behind it, whilst there is housing on the other three. If Tamworth ever did make it to the higher leagues, they would have to move grounds.

Thanks
It's been going great so far. Won't go into the numbers though. As I think I mentioned, a striker with close to 20 jumping can do wonders

The board kept telling me no, no matter what I asked for, but then they tell me the planned training facility upgrade went through, or something like that. Tossers!
It sure was a nice welcome though, I got 13(!!!) youngsters through, a few could have gone straight into the first team. The most I have ever gotten through before is around 4. You could say my jaw fell through the floor

Have you gotten any upgrades stadiumwise?
4100 in 1st Div must be tough on the wallet...

Is it possible to move grounds btw? That would have been pretty sweet, at least in your case. I guess it must be hardcoded, but it would have been great. If you have the money, it would be a natural move irl, if the supporters are behind it.

Well, I should get back to my game. Have a few deals to make, and hands to shake to cut the astronomical wage-bill. I always do this mistake after promotions...

Wait till you manage a club that doesn't own its stadium and therefore can't expand it...
