It's definitely linked to your nationality. As a Pooflander, I always get a great number of job offers from Poofland teams (as long as Poofland is active). In two European adventures I have never once been offered a local job I didn't apply for. In a game in France I was offered job after job in Poofland, which I also had running, but did not get a sniff of any French jobs that were open. In the Iberian clan game in Portugal, I have not yet been offered a job (although I did change jobs by making an application or three ) - and Poofland is not running in that game.

Yes, I agree with all the above, this aspect definately needs improvement. As I play as a manager from Down Under, I have received no offers despite two promotions and performing above expectations. I would expect to get less offers than the locals but once you have spent five years in a country you think this would change. Surely now you are use to the country, can speak the lingo and are worth one little offer.
Oh well, perhaps now that I have Italian second nationality the offers will start rolling in. (probably not!!)

In previous threads where this has been discussed, it was confirmed that SI had programmed the reputation of managers of differing nationalities in. Managers from England, Italy and France appear to have the highest reputation with those from Nepal, India, Singapore etc. to have the lowest.
I always play with a Northern Irish nationality to offset the automatic higher reputation given by my actual, English, nationality.

Thank gods no. :p
Or what you mean? We're both Russian. That fat old drunkie showed the world the nature of his (it was, i guess, during his unexpected visit to the Islands). People still get surprized when they don't see hordes of drunken men, brown bears and snowfalls immediatly upon their arrival to our places |

Well, to be honest, Russia just produces lots of beautiful females, and some of them manage to become tennis players, as a theory of probability would say

Though, i believe, Australia is a bit like Russia with several megapolices and huge vast spaces. Am i wrong?

By mega polices I assume you mean cities.
Yes we only have 5 cities with more than 1 million people. Sydney is the biggest with about 5 million. The one I live in is on the West coast and has about 1.5 million. Our total population is only 20 million so we are a lot less populous than Russia.
We have lots of open space and there are plenty of kangaroos in the open spaces.
