Lower leagues with 'no foreign players' rule
I know that Turkish LL doesn't allow foreign players to play...I was wondering if there was a lower league in another country with the same rule...?

Is it the same rule throughout Turkey? I have not managed there yet, but everywhere else I have managed I have not seen this rule in place. Although I have not given the obscure leagues a try.

I believe that teams are limited to a couple of foreigners in the top league - otherwise it is a "no foreigner" league.
Croatia only allowed a couple of foreigners in their D2 as far as I can remember

2B-Spain allows EU-Players though. Nada non EU-players that's true.

But there's always the Basque-only teams
With those you cannot have even Spanish guys, let alone EU or non-EU. Only Basques allowed
