Hey just found another mistake of mine.. opps i am making heaps of them.

I have looked into my game and someone is right.. I still have the calcio update in. I thought I had restored the game to original but had not... so ignore my results with forest green. I am about to uninstall cm03/04 and start again!
Bugger! And i was doing so well with wrexham in the league championship... played 7 won 6 and lost 1...

Donald. Iam learning and so what i've done is deleted the whole Eidios file in my compueter and unistalled the game reinstalled and added patches 14 and 15... so fresh start.

started new game with Forest Green and to my surprise but probably not to yours... the team looks different and more of a challenge.

Down to work with my coach and scout... scout goes off (and with my 5,000 who can i buy since the board limit the wages also... but tell me to invest in players.. hhhhhhhhmmm! I wonder what this mixed mesage means).

After a friendly game with Southend drew 2-2 I applied for the Swansea and Cheltenham jobs... they must have been impressed with my attacking hoofing at forest because Swansea offer me the job... I have never managed a team in anger and the swans offer me the job so i take it.

next day, in my Vauxhall corsa driving through ross-on wye listening to my shirley bassey CD i get to love wales. arrive at vetch Field and think these Boyos have been drinking too much Dragon lager and eating too much bara brith.

On the snowdon spring water, ryvita and banana diet they all go... after a few friendlies the season starts... expected to get middle table respectability (odds 50-1 and pundits reckon we are going down). Not likely thinks I.

After 10 games won 7, drew2, and lost only one. (some luck involved i can tell you) Board pleased, fans pleased... i am worried so want to add depth... my scout has found some players who would strengthen my team... 3 players from guess where.. yep. Forest Green... of course they wont sell.

So onto the rest of the season with the same players that have managed so far.

Two quick points:

1. Is it realistic that Swansea would suddenly offer a manager who hasn't even managed Forest Green for 5 minutes a job? We tend to apply a little "realism filter" of our own for some of the unrealistic job offers we get in CM 03-04.

2. Don't forget we do updates, not stories. Until such a time as SI include setting the squad's diet in the game, we don't realy need to hear about it
