Have just played 4 matches @ Farnborough with my *star* striker at left-back. Bizaarely we seemed to win 3 lose 1... better than usual... will have to try this again sober.

The drongo was managing forest green but after 20 games and various offers has chosen to accept an offer from Wrexham.

(I appreciate that I did not read the instructions before posting and I did know that lower leagues where the bottom leagues but i was being sardonic stating that leeds are in such bad shape that they may be less than lower league... a sort of top team going down down down... sort of like accrington Stanley did).

So the drongo is now managing Wrexham.

I understand that i can update once per month how my team went.

season one is completed.

I started at Forest Green with zero transfer funds and expected to avoid relegation. After 25 league games the team had managed 15 wins, 7 draws and lost 2. This made Forest Green top of the league.

Cup competition was a complete failure with me in charge... FA Cup first round lost to Bradford Park Avenue (never heard of them).

During this period was offered several jobs at Colchester, wycome, Notts county and port vale. I turned them down but applied at southampton (I know.. pushing my luck), Wolves and stoke.. they all turned me down. Then i applied at Wrexham and they accepted me. They were in 12th place in League One (used to be third division.. whatever happened to that?).

After 20 league games... wone 12, drew 3, and lost 5 but enough to finish in 5th place and play off against a yorkshire side.

Semi final first leg at racecourse ground finsihed 2-2 my goalie taken off after 5 mins.. put on a rookie and played great. Lucky to draw but to valley parade all even. Away from home we rode our luck and won 5-3. Into the final.

The final at millenium stadium. We sang hymns and arias, deliah and cwm rhonda before cacking our pants. A huge yorkside side came onto the pitch... (how did they ever fall so low) and ran rings around us. We had few chances on goal but snatched a goal before half time. our crowd sang Sospan fach and went wild...

1 minute into the second half... they blinking scored.. our heads went down they ran us ragged but in 54th minute we scored a lucky goal. Even max boyce was off his seat. Then in 7oth minute disaster... 2-2. Extra time we are knackered but manage to launch an attack... 110th minute Goal!!! Leeks everywhere!!! Wrexham have scored.

Promoted into The league Championship!!!!

How did Forest Green go? Finished second but won the FA trophy.
Man U won both Champions league, league cup and FA cup. Arsenal the league. Derby won League championship, Huddersfield (yorkshire again) One, Grimsby two and Stevenage the conference.

After first season in LLM playing under rules of this form I am promoted to The league Championship with Wrexham. Cymru Am Byth!

Actually, that's not quite true

You can start and update thread once per month...maximum. However, you can update your update thread as often as needed. Whic follows the rules outlined in the top thread.
