VS Rugby never made it to the Conference either.
Since its inception in 1979, there have been a total of 75 clubs take part in the Conference, 4 of which are new to the division this season.

If AFC Wimbledon are in it then Burgess Hill Town should be in it too as we are 2nd behind AFC at the moment

Where are AFC Wimbledon? They always seemed to get promoted to the Conference after 1 season in CM4 and CM03/04?

In real life AFC Wimbledon are 2 promotions away from the Conference South. However, by the time they do come up (ie 2 seasons) I think they will be so despised on this forum that they will be a bit of an LLM no-go.

It would be nice to see Gateshead or Bishop Auckland get promoted into one of them leagues, as both of them clubs are local clubs, to me

aahhh, looking at these list of teams just remind me of the days of premier manager 2 when you HAD to be a conference team to get anywhere.

If you want to have more realistic game, I think you will have to use editor:
Maybe the problem why not much new teams get promoted is a field "reputation" , maybe "current division", "last division", "last place in the table" or something like that.
If you will change it, I'm sure you'll get what you want, heh. Assuming your changes through editor are realistical ones as I don't think it is very realistic when all relegated teams from the last level get promoted back after 1-2-3 seasons and it is happening again and again and again...
