I personnally wouldn't hold it against you if you started in the Conference National for an easier challenge. I don't recall what division Swindon are in, but they're definitely not in the conference.

Swindon are so high up the leagues that we would not consider even loaning one of their players for our lowly teams.

Indeed. Leeds-bloke, most of us tend to follow a guideline that stops us from loaning players from teams more than 2 division higher than the one we're in.

As far as I'm concerned, if a scout located a player, he's fair game.
