Default Youth Facilities
I have just asked to upgrade my youth facilities and the board have agreed. However I was wondering whether they will update me when the system has improved or tell me what they will do to improve the youth facilities etc. Any help would be appreciated.

at the beginning of the new season they will say like "work has begun on upgrading the facilities... should only take a short time", and then they will tell you when they are completed.

i find it doesent do any good i still get nothing but crap come through even when its great, and end up doing a chelsea and stealing youngsters from every other english club
