currently in preseason, after playing couple of friendlies there is still no sign of my players training.

all have - signs on training menu despite there are coaches have workloads good facilities and players attending general schedule.

am i missing something ? or bug ?

i think he means improvement in stats (the arrows). i believe players take time and need regular pre season games before their training improves.

i also think that stats decrease more when a player is on holiday as opposed to when a player joins his national team for a tournament. this would mean that stats don't actually improve on last season, they just get back to the same level that they were before holiday. if they were playing in june/july, their stats would not decrease as much. thats why stats don't always improve during the season, they are maintained.

If that's what you meant atarii then it is to do with what you see in a player's profile as opposed to what is stored by the game.

Visible attributes are displayed as between 1 and 20 but under the hood they are further refined. So if you have a green upward arrow in training the improvement might be from 16.2 to 16.3 so you will still see it displayed as 16 in the player's profile.

The 16.2 to 16.3 is just as an illustration. I don't know exactly how they are stored. According to a third party tool called FM Modifier it is between 1 and 100.
