Yes there will be a data update and it will include Keegan being Newcastle Manager. As for Shearer that will depend on weather he accepts any job offered to him. The update should be available mid february at the erliest. Remember that they have to gather all the transfer information,insert it in an update, test the update and test any fixes they include. The mid february thing is just a guess on my part.
