i remember on the last game you could still sign players even if they dont get work permits, presumming this feature is still in this game, am i right in thinking i need a work permit feeder club to sign the players who dont get the permit, reason im asking is lots of players ive been interested in have not come to me as they dont get permits,is this because of the feeder club situation or because im in the championship??thanks

When you appeal for a work permit is turned down, it leaves you with two avenues

a) if you already have a suitable feeder club in place, you are allowed to sign the player. He won't be able to play for you. You must loan him to this feeder club for a number of years.

b) if you do not have a suitable feeder club, the transfer is over
