Also happens in real life. If you are doing well, perhaps coming to the attention of other clubs then the chairman is likely to renew a contract early.

Perhaps you achieved the aims of the club early and you are being rewarded...well done!

had that in my liverpool save, won the league and fa cup the next season, 2nd the year after and got no renewl so left for ac milan

I am exceeding their targets. I have done this in previous versions and never been given a contract early! It was something that I wanted in earlier versions and it looks like this now happens well done SI

to get my early renewl i had won the european cup, premier league, fa cup, european super cup and world club championship in the 1st 3 years so i guess i excedided there title challange targets lol so it does happen which is good
